I recently had the pleasure of staying at Albergo Cane for a romantic escape in the charming town of Dozza, just a short drive from Imola. The hotel's location is simply fabulous, offering the perfect blend of countryside charm and modern comforts; our suite boasted breathtaking mountain views from a spacious terrace where we enjoyed our evening drinks. While the hotel itself was pleasantly decorated and impeccably clean, I must admit that some of the interactions with staff felt a bit puzzling-perhaps a reflection of the charming but sometimes quirky Italian hospitality that I adore. We truly savored a delightful dinner on the terrace featuring authentic local cuisine, surrounded by stunning scenery that showcased this lovely corner of Italy. If you're looking for a getaway that marries traditional serenity with fresh design, I wholeheartedly recommend Albergo Cane. Just be prepared for a few amusing moments with the staff-it's all part of the Italian experience and adds to the overall charm!
